AthlEvo is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, registered in Argentina. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with responsibility and transparency.

2. What information do we collect?

From healthcare professionals:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Social media profiles (if the user chooses to provide them)

From athletes (registered by professionals):

  • Contact information
  • Anthropometric data
  • Medical reports
  • Routine questionnaire responses (anamnesis)

Note: AthlEvo does not collect biometric data or athlete images through the platform.

3. What do we use this information for?

Data is used exclusively for:

  • Internal management of athlete history and evolution
  • Generation of anonymous statistics for platform improvement purposes
  • Personalized support and follow-up between professionals and athletes

4. Who has access to the data?

  • Only the professional who registers the athlete has complete access to their information.
  • Data is not shared with third parties. Only general usage statistics are generated in a completely anonymized manner.

5. Where is data stored?

AthlEvo uses third-party services for platform hosting and operation:

  • Vercel (hosting infrastructure)
  • Neon (database service)

Data is stored securely and weekly backups are performed, keeping only the latest week's backup.

6. How do we protect your information?

We implement technical and organizational security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data.

7. User rights

As a professional user, you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Request corrections
  • Request partial or complete deletion of your account and related data
  • Export your data upon email request

  • By registering on AthlEvo, you expressly accept these Privacy Policies.
